Curt Anderson did an excellent job at planning, communicating and representing in the sale of my father’s home. I was the executor of his will and the one handling things. We put the house on the market during a tough time of the year. He advised things would slow down over the holidays and then it immediately picked back up. Though it took about 12 weeks I do not really consider it being that long due to the holiday season. The virtual tour of the home was amazing. My sister and I thought it presented the house very, very well. The emails we receive on the showings and activity/feedback from prospective buyers was good as well.
